MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE1 PT 

Perform general maintenance duties and provide 24/7 facilities support for all 11 retail locations in our 5 counties. Inspect, maintain and repair heating, electrical, A/C, water and lighting systems. Perform general construction work, landscaping and grounds maintenance duties and seasonal exterior work as needed. Extensive travel required.

 

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF1 PT, Waterloo Rd. facility 

Position is responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance for the Waterloo Road facility which includes wiping down sinks and lavatories, sweeping, dusting, mopping, spill cleanup, trash removal, replenishing paper products in restrooms, galleys and cafeteria. Previous janitorial experience preferred.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT1 PT, Waterloo Rd. facility 

Provide admin support for the Executive, Employee & Public Relations, Retail and Contract Services divisions, including relief coverage for reception area and assistance with special events as assigned. Excellent typing and writing skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. High School diploma or GED.

 

DATA ENTRY CLERK1 PT, Waterloo Rd. facility 

Position is responsible preparing various financial reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Will audit deposit slips, assist with department filing and month-end.closing of financial records including distribution of reports. Position will also be responsible for departmental large copying projects. High school diploma or GED, excellent computer skills required. Must be proficient in Excel and have experience in accounting and data entry.

 

LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALIST1 FT, Waterloo Rd. facility 

Position is responsible for protecting the assets of the agency from loss due to the criminal acts of others, including employees, participants and customers. Prefer experience in retail loss prevention. Must be computer literate, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work non-traditional hours and/or shifts.

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK1 PT, Waterloo Rd. facility 

Position is responsible for processing invoices and reimbursement requests resulting in the issuance of checks. Will generate reports in year end and budgeting process. Maintain mileage, expense and check request forms along with petty cash. Enter invoices into MAS90, reconcile invoices with Pos. Process weekly A/P check run. Prepare Ohio tax returns and reconcile payable accounts monthly. Associates degree in accounting, computer programming or other related field required. Must know general accounting principles and have at least 5 years experience in accounting, 2 of which in accounts payable. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office, MAS90 preferred.

 

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER1 FT, Streetsboro Store

           

Assist store manager in overseeing retail store location, ensuring smooth flow of operation and provide excellent customer service to achieve company financial goals. High school diploma or GED. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that is acceptable to Goodwill’s liability insurance provider. Work all shifts. Previous retail experience required. Ability to supervise and train.

Perform assembly and packaging operations for various customers. Perform general light industrial tasks as needed. Must have a physician certified disability as defined by the ADA per the requirements of Goodwill’s State Use Contracts. H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred. 1 yr exp in manufacturing environment. Must be able to count accurately and lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

 

TRUCK DRIVER1 PT, Waterloo Facility

Transport donated goods to any of the Goodwill locations in Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland and Richland Counties. Class A CDL and clean driving record are required. HS diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years experience preferred. Weekend hours required, maybe some evenings.

 

WIA/ARRA CAREER SPECIALIST2 FT, Summit County Employment Resource Center

Work with clients to develop and IEP; coordinate delivery of training, support services and funding. Complete required WIA registration and paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide case management and placement services; perform OhioMeansJobs functions; make job referrals and conduct follow-up with training providers, employers and clents. Maintain case load. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in training and employment. Excellent communication and organizational skills along with computer skills.

 

CASE MANAGER1 On-call, Northfield Store

Will promote service participant development. Conduct, interpret and evaluate participant intakes and histories and include in the design of an appropriate service plan for them with their participation and input. Work with individuals in a variety of environments and cultural contexts. Experience with MRDD, Job Coaching or Case Mgmt pref. Good communication and organizational skills. BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

 

CASE MANAGER1 PT, Mansfield Store

Provide direct vocational services to any participants and on the job training on an individual basis for persons with disabilities within Richland County. Conduct, interpret and evaluate participant intakes and histories and include in the design of an appropriate service plan for them with their participation and input. Work with individuals in a variety of environments and cultural contexts. Experience with ODDD, Job Coaching or Case Mgmt pref. Good communication and organizational skills. BA/BS degree preferred in social services or related area of study, and /or equivalent experience. Certified in First Aid and CPR and valid driver’s license.

 

JOB TRAINING SPECIALIST1 FT

Provide on-the-job training on an individual basis for persons with disabilities to assist them with learning new job skills at the worksites. Serve as liaison between vocational counselors and participants. Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for referral sources. BA/BS degree pref. in social services or related area of study, and /or equivalent experience. Excellent oral and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and remain flexible. Valid driving permit.
