Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource
department including training, compensation, employee
relations, benefits, legal, employee activities,
recruiting, wage administration, analysis of job
descriptions and performance appraisals, employee
counseling and coaching as appropriate to position,
workers’ compensation and unemployment. Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources or related field, or
equivalent experience. Five to seven years work

VOLUNTEER SERVICES COORDINATOR—1

Position is
responsible for agency's volunteer program. Recruit
volunteers using appropriate resources, conduct
