JOB TRAINING SPECIALIST - 1 Flex & 2 O/C Waterloo Rd Facility~ Provide on-the-job training on an individual basis for persons with disabilities to assist them with learning new job skills at the worksites. Serve as liaison between vocational counselors and participants. prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for referral sources. BA/BS degree preferred in social services or related area of study, and/or equivalent experience. Excellent oral and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and remain flexible. Valid driving permit.
RECEPTIONIST—1 O/C Waterloo Road~ Answer incoming calls, direct those calls appropriately and provide excellent customer service to visitors into Goodwill’s Headquarters. Fill in for the full time receptionist during vacations and sick leave. High school or equivalent.
FINANCE
SHIPPING AND PACKING CLERK SHOPGOODWILL~ 1 O/C, Waterloo Road: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ShopGoodwill.com department by performing various shopping and packaging duties as assigned. Pack and ship materials for damage free shipping. Print shipping labels and track all items shipped through tracking system on ShopGoodwill.com. HS Diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills required, shipping experience preferred. Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
SHOPGOODWILL SALES ASSOCIATE~1PT Waterloo Road. Increase sales opportunities by visiting Goodwill retail locations to train personnel on identifying quality merchandise to be listed on shopgoodwill.com. Sort through items at various locations; write descriptions, price and place on internet. Maintain records and communicate with customers. Assist other shopgoodwill personnel with various job duties. Computer knowledge, specifically internet and web page is required. Knowledge of collectables and antiques, excellent written skills, 1-2 years of retail sales experience and a valid driver’s license is required.
RETAIL
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER—1 FT Northfield & Mansfield ~ Assist store manager in overseeing retail store location, ensuring smooth flow of operation and provide excellent customer service to achieve company financial goals. High school diploma or GED. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that is acceptable to Goodwill’s liability insurance provider. Work all shifts. Previous retail experience required. Ability to supervise and train.
SALES ASSOCIATES Excellent customer service. Sorting and pricing donations, cashiering and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Some customer service/retail experience preferred. Work all shifts.

HS dipoloma or equivalent preferred. 1 year experience in manufacturing environment. Must be able to count accurately, lift a minimum of 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours with breaks.
COMPUTER PROCESSOR ~ 1 PT Waterloo Road. Select and process donated computer equipment to be salvaged according to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual. Separate, package and prepare computer equipment for safe shipment and maintain any required recordkeeping. High School diploma preferred, but not necessary. Basic mathematical skills needed. Lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
