The Employment Resource Center (ERC) provides services for anyone seeking a new or better job. Services including job readiness, life skills and job search workshops are funded by the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services.

Case Management
A case manager can help to determine your best path to meaningful employment. From computerized skill-assessment to training opportunities, we have a variety of services to help you overcome any employment barriers you may have.
Assessment/Evaluation
Our computerized skill assessment can help determine your greatest strengths and what careers would best suit you. Understand what you are worth and don’t settle for less.
Training Programs
One option to increase your marketable skills may include an education or training program. This service is funded by the Workforce Investment Act. Eligibility criteria apply.
