Goodwill’s Industrial Services division has chosen to recognize Rubbermaid products as Goodwill’s 2004 Business Partner of the Year. Rubbermaid has utilized Goodwill’s Industrial Service offerings since August of 2003. The first year the work was seasonal and dropped off in February of 2004 only to start up full-force in August again. During 2004 the work did not quit in February, as it had in the past, and continues to be strong into April. This has been a tremendous boost to the Industrial Services division and to Goodwill’s ability to provide quality services. Goodwill appreciates the commitment of Rubbermaid’s staff, especially Michael Schwing and Jason Meadows. Mike continues to throw new projects our way and Jason works daily with Tom Farmer to keep us busy. Rubbermaid has definitely seen and continues to see the value in Goodwill’s Industrial Services operation.

Clearsonic Inc.

There are many companies that choose Goodwill for their outsourcing needs, but one company in particular shines through. The Industrial Services recognizes Clearsonic, Inc. as one of Goodwill’s strongest Business Partners. Clearsonic has utilized Goodwill’s industrial sewing division for their product since May 2002 and continual growth of their international business has increased the flow of business they have been able to provide to Goodwill. Owners Brian and Karen Smith put their trust in Goodwill and its participants to do a quality job. It is faith like this that enables Goodwill to offer our participants a chance to learn and grow to obtain the skills needed to be successful in the workplace.
