May 5: Report To Community Breakfast & Agency Tour
Join us Thursday, May 5, at 7:30 a.m. for a continental breakfast meeting and tour of Goodwill. You may only know Goodwill for its retail stores, come behind the scenes and learn how donating, shopping, procuring services and volunteering all support the agency’s mission: To help individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.

May 6: Craft Night Out at Lexington Store
Join Abby Drennen, blogger of Eleanor’s Boots from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for Craft Night Out, including a light dinner and class on how to make your own teacup planter. Supplies will be provided for this great Mother’s Day gift idea!
May 7: Thrift Shopping Night Out at Waterloo Road Store
Bring your friends and join us for a Thrift Night Out at Goodwill. Enjoy a light dinner as well as thrift shopping basics class with local blogger and thrifting expert Dina Younis. Then we will head out to the store to put your new skills to the test.
During the evening, Dina will share her best thrifty tips and tricks for creating a stylish home and wardrobe. You’ll learn how to be prepared before you get to the thrift store, how to spot good pieces in a huge rack of clothes, and how to decorate your home with common thrift store items.
